In the office at 272 Main St, by phone, or by video. Most appointments take under an hour.
1Consent. Before we can look at your CoverME.gov account or quote you, you sign a one-page consent form, from your phone, no printing. How that works.
2The check. Dates of birth, ZIP code, your best 2027 income estimate, and whether anyone has job coverage. We check MaineCare first, then your CoverME.gov savings.
3The comparison. Every Anthem, Community Health Options and Harvard Pilgrim plan with the real monthly price for you, your doctors and prescriptions checked, the two or three that fit marked.
4The application. Done with you, and you review it before it is submitted. Coverage starts January 1 if you enroll by December 15.
5All year. A bill you do not understand, a letter from CoverME.gov, a change in income: call us, not the 800 number.
What to bring
Five things
Dates of birth for everyone applying
Your best estimate of 2027 household income (a recent pay stub or last year's return helps)
Any coverage you have now, and any offered by an employer
The names of your doctors and your prescriptions
Your CoverME.gov login if you have one; we never log in for you
Please do not email Social Security numbers. We take them in person or by phone.
