Your Mending Health plan ends December 31. Here is the calm way to replace it.

You need a new 2027 plan from Anthem, Community Health Options or Harvard Pilgrim. Pick it on purpose, with your doctors and prescriptions checked, before December 15 so nothing lapses.

What to do, in order

  1. 1Do not rely on being mapped to a plan automatically; it cannot know your doctors.
  2. 2Send us the names of your doctors and prescriptions; we check each plan.
  3. 3Enroll by December 15. Your deductible resets January 1 whatever you choose, so switching costs nothing extra.

What it costs

Nothing. Plan prices are set by the insurers and are the same with or without a broker; we are paid by the insurer when you enroll. You approve the application before it goes in.
